Posted on November 5, 2025 by Admin
Here’s a heavenly Peach Cobbler Delight recipe 🍑 — creamy, fruity, buttery, and layered like a dream! It’s a no-fuss dessert that tastes like summer comfort in a pan.

🍑 Peach Cobbler Delight

Serves: 12
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Chill Time: 2–4 hours

Ingredients

Crust Layer:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup chopped pecans (optional but delicious)

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Peach Layer:

  • 2 cans (21 oz each) peach pie filling
(or use homemade peach filling — I can include a quick recipe if you want!)

Topping:

  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping

  • Optional garnish: crushed pecans or cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Make the crust:

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

    • Mix flour, melted butter, and pecans together.

    • Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

    • Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool completely.

  2. Make the cream cheese layer:

    • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

    • Fold in 1 cup whipped topping until fluffy.

    • Spread evenly over the cooled crust.

  3. Add the peach layer:

    • Spread peach pie filling evenly over the cream cheese layer.

  4. Top it off:

    • Spread the remaining whipped topping over the peaches.

    • Sprinkle with crushed pecans or a pinch of cinnamon sugar if desired.

  5. Chill:

    • Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours before serving so it sets nicely.

Tips & Variations

  • 🍓 Fruit swap: Try it with cherry or blueberry pie filling for a twist.

  • 🍪 Crust alternative: Use crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers instead of flour and butter.

  • 🍑 Fresh peaches: If using fresh, cook 4 cups sliced peaches with ½ cup sugar and 1 tbsp cornstarch until thickened, then cool before layering.

  • 🧊 Storage: Keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Would you like me to give you a baked cobbler version (warm, golden, and bubbly with a biscuit or cake topping)?
