Absolutely! Here’s a classic, no-bake recipe for Peanut Butter Balls — sweet, chewy, and perfect for a quick treat or party snack.

🥜🍬 Peanut Butter Balls (No-Bake)

Yields: About 20–24 balls
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: ~40 minutes

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 3 cups crispy rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or melting chocolate

🍳 Instructions:

1. Mix the Peanut Butter Filling:

  • In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

  • Gradually fold in crispy rice cereal until evenly mixed.

2. Form Balls:

  • Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, shape mixture into 1-inch balls.

  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3. Chill:

  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.

4. Dip in Chocolate:

  • Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  • Using a fork or toothpick, dip each peanut butter ball into melted chocolate, coating completely.

  • Return to parchment paper.

5. Set:

  • Refrigerate until chocolate hardens, about 15–20 minutes.

🔁 Variations:

  • Roll peanut butter balls in crushed nuts, sprinkles, or shredded coconut before chilling.

  • Use dark or white chocolate instead of semi-sweet.

  • Add a pinch of sea salt on top for a salty-sweet combo.

🧊 Storage:

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

  • Freeze for up to 2 months — thaw before serving.
