Here’s a bite-sized, indulgent treat for you: Pecan Pie Balls! These sweet little balls capture all the rich, nutty flavors of pecan pie in a fun, easy-to-eat dessert perfect for parties, holidays, or anytime you want a little sweet snack. 🥜🥧✨


🍬 Pecan Pie Balls

📋 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup corn syrup (light or dark) or honey

  • Optional: melted chocolate or caramel for dipping


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Mix the base

  • In a large bowl, combine chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese.

  • Add vanilla and corn syrup, stirring until a sticky dough forms.

2. Form balls

  • Using your hands or a cookie scoop, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.

3. Chill

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

4. Optional coatings

  • For an extra treat, dip balls in melted chocolate or drizzle caramel over the top before chilling again.

5. Serve

  • Keep refrigerated until serving. These are best cold and can be stored for up to a week.
