Pork tenderloin

Posted on October 28, 2025 by Admin
🥩 Pork Tenderloin — juicy, flavorful, and tender! This lean cut of pork cooks quickly and makes an impressive dinner with minimal effort. Whether roasted, pan-seared, or grilled, pork tenderloin is best when it’s seasoned well and cooked just to perfection.

🍽️ Simple Roasted Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 25–30 minutes
Rest Time: 5–10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 (1–1.5 lb) pork tenderloin

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary, optional)

🔪 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven:

    • Set to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or oven-safe pan with foil for easy cleanup.

  2. Season the pork:

    • Pat pork dry with paper towels.

    • Rub olive oil over the pork, then season evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

  3. Sear (for flavor):

    • Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Add pork and sear for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown.

  4. Roast:

    • Transfer skillet to the oven (or move pork to a baking dish).

    • Roast for 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  5. Rest and serve:

    • Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing to keep the juices in.

    • Slice into medallions and serve with your favorite sides — roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or rice.

✨ Tips

  • Don’t overcook! Pork tenderloin dries out quickly — use a meat thermometer for best results.

  • Flavor twist: Add a glaze (like honey garlic, balsamic, or Dijon mustard) during the last 5 minutes of roasting.

  • Marinate ahead: A few hours in olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, and herbs gives deeper flavor.
