Classic Cheese and Herb Twists

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Parmesan, Gruyère, or a mix)

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley)

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

  • Optional: garlic powder, cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.

  3. Sprinkle cheese, herbs, and optional seasonings evenly over half the pastry.

  4. Fold the pastry over and gently press to seal.
