🍽️🔥 Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf
🧾 Ingredients (Serves 6–8):
-
1 box (6 oz) Stove Top stuffing mix (any flavor, but savory herb or chicken work great)
-
1 cup hot water
-
2 lbs ground beef (can sub half with ground turkey or pork)
-
2 large eggs
-
1/2 cup ketchup (plus more for topping)
-
1 small onion, finely diced (optional)
-
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
-
Salt & pepper to taste
🔪 Instructions:
1. Preheat oven:
-
Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
-
Lightly grease a loaf pan or line with parchment.
2. Prepare stuffing:
-
In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix and 1 cup hot water.
-
Let sit for 5 minutes to soften.
3. Mix meatloaf:
-
Add ground beef, eggs, ketchup, onion, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper to the stuffing.
-
Mix with your hands or a large spoon until well combined — don’t overmix.
4. Shape and bake:
-
Press mixture into a loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
-
Spread a layer of ketchup or BBQ sauce on top if desired.
5. Bake:
-
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
6. Rest and slice:
-
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing — this helps the juices redistribute.

Roasted carrots or corn
-
Gravy on the side or drizzled on top
🧊 Storage:
-
Refrigerate leftovers up to 4 days
