Strawberry apple punch

Posted on November 2, 2025 by Admin

🍓🍎 Strawberry Apple Punch — light, fruity, and refreshing — is perfect for parties, picnics, or a cozy brunch. You can make it non-alcoholic for everyone to enjoy or give it a grown-up twist with a splash of sparkling wine or rum.

Here’s a simple, delicious recipe 👇

🍓🍎 Strawberry Apple Punch

Ingredients (makes about 6–8 servings)

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 3 cups apple juice (chilled)

  • 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda (for fizz)

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

  • 1–2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, adjust to taste)

  • Ice cubes

  • Optional garnish: mint leaves, apple slices, strawberry halves

Instructions

  1. Blend the base

    • In a blender, combine strawberries, 1 cup of apple juice, and lemon juice.

    • Blend until smooth.

    • Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother texture.

  2. Mix the punch

    • In a large pitcher, combine the strawberry puree, remaining apple juice, and honey (if using).

    • Stir well to combine.

  3. Add the fizz

    • Just before serving, stir in sparkling water or soda for a bubbly finish.

  4. Serve

    • Fill glasses with ice, pour in the punch, and garnish with mint, sliced apples, and strawberries.

💡 Variations

  • Tropical twist: Add a splash of pineapple juice. 🍍

  • Sparkling version: Use chilled sparkling apple cider instead of apple juice.

  • Cocktail version: Add 1 cup of white rum or Prosecco for adults.

🍹 Tip:

Chill all ingredients before mixing so your punch stays cold longer without watering down.
