🍓 Strawberry Cool Whip Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 (3 oz) package strawberry Jell-O
  • ⅔ cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust (9-inch)
  • ½–1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped (optional but recommended)

🥣 Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin
    In a bowl, stir strawberry Jell-O into boiling water until fully dissolved (about 2 minutes).
  2. Add cold water
    Stir in cold water and let the mixture cool for 10–15 minutes (it should be room temp, not hot).
  3. Fold in Cool Whip
    Gently fold in the Cool Whip until smooth and fully combined.
  4. Add strawberries (optional)
    Fold in chopped fresh strawberries for extra texture and flavor.
  5. Fill crust
    Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  6. Chill
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or until fully set).

  • Top with extra Cool Whip and fresh strawberry slices.
  • Drizzle with melted white chocolate for a fancier look.
