That headline is 100% clickbait.
There is no natural remedy—especially not “two tablespoons of something in the morning”—that can cure bone pain, nerve problems, cartilage wear, anxiety, depression, and insomnia all at once.
Those conditions have completely different causes and cannot be fixed by a single food or mixture.

But I can tell you what these ads are usually referring to and what’s actually true.

These viral videos commonly push one of the following:

1. Apple cider vinegar

❌ No evidence it treats bone pain, nerves, anxiety, depression, or insomnia.

2. Olive oil with lemon

❌ Healthy, but does not repair cartilage, nerves, or cure mood disorders.

3. Honey + garlic mixtures

❌ Antioxidant-rich, but no ability to fix bone or nerve damage.

4. Turmeric mixtures

✔️ Can help mild inflammation
❌ Won’t cure cartilage wear, depression, or nerve problems.

5. Collagen powder

✔️ May help joint discomfort for some people
❌ Doesn’t regrow cartilage or fix mental health issues.


✅ What the science actually says

Bone or joint pain

Can be related to arthritis, inflammation, injury, or vitamin D issues.
Treatments include:

  • Anti-inflammatory foods

  • Exercise

  • Physical therapy

  • Vitamin D & calcium (if deficient)

  • Medical evaluation if persistent

Nerve problems

Often due to:

  • Diabetes

  • B12 deficiency

  • Injury

  • Trapped nerves
    No food “cures” this.

Cartilage wear

There is no food that regrows cartilage.
Exercise, weight management, and certain treatments can slow progression.

Anxiety, depression & insomnia
