1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken
Mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and olive oil.
Add chicken and marinate at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).
2️⃣ Grill the Pineapple
- Grill pineapple slices 2–3 minutes per side until lightly charred.
- Chop into small pieces.
- Mix with red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, cilantro, and salt.
- Chill until ready to serve.
3️⃣ Cook the Chicken
- Grill over medium heat 5–7 minutes per side (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).

Let rest 5 minutes, then slice.
4️⃣ Assemble Tacos
- Warm tortillas.
- Add shredded cabbage.
- Top with sliced chicken.
