🍗 Tray of Grilled Chicken
Ingredients:

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs if preferred)

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Juice of 1 lemon (optional)

Fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or cilantro)
Instructions:

Prep the Chicken:
Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Place on a baking tray or dish. -
Make Marinade:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. -
Coat Chicken:
Brush or rub the marinade evenly over all chicken pieces. -
Grill It:

On the grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat, about 375–400°F (190–204°C). Grill chicken 5-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

In the oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Bake the chicken for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked through.

Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving. Garnish with fresh herbs.
Tips:

You can add sliced veggies (bell peppers, zucchini, onions) on the tray to grill alongside the chicken.
