Gotcha! Here’s a simple way to make a tray of grilled chicken—perfect for meal prep, parties, or a hearty family dinner.


🍗 Tray of Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs if preferred)

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • Juice of 1 lemon (optional)

  • Fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or cilantro)


Instructions:

  1. Prep the Chicken:
    Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Place on a baking tray or dish.

  2. Make Marinade:
    In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

  3. Coat Chicken:
    Brush or rub the marinade evenly over all chicken pieces.

  4. Grill It:

    • On the grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat, about 375–400°F (190–204°C). Grill chicken 5-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

    • In the oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Bake the chicken for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked through.

  5. Rest & Serve:
    Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving. Garnish with fresh herbs.


Tips:

  • You can add sliced veggies (bell peppers, zucchini, onions) on the tray to grill alongside the chicken.

  • Marinate overnight for deeper flavor.
