-
1 lb ground turkey (93% lean is ideal)
-
½ cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-style)
-
¼ cup grated Parmesan
-
1 large egg
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 tbsp chopped parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
½ tsp salt
-
¼ tsp black pepper
-
Optional: 1–2 tbsp milk for extra moisture
-
Optional: pinch of chili flakes or Italian seasoning
🔥 Baking Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven
-
Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Mix Meatball Mixture
-
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
-
Mix gently with hands or a fork — don’t overmix or they’ll get tough.
3. Form Meatballs
-
Roll into 1½-inch balls (about golf ball size). You should get ~18–20 meatballs.
4. Bake
-
Place on prepared sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes, or until cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
-
Broil the last 1–2 minutes for extra browning if desired.
🍳 Other Cooking Options:
Pan-fry:
-
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
-
Brown meatballs on all sides (about 6–8 minutes total), then cover and cook for another 5 minutes until done.

Brown meatballs first, then simmer in marinara sauce on low for 15–20 minutes for ultra-flavorful, tender meatballs.
