Instructions

1. Prep the Stuffing

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt butter in a skillet; sauté onion and celery until soft (5–7 minutes).

2. Mix

  1. In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, sautéed vegetables, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour in warm broth and mix gently.
  3. Add beaten egg and parsley; stir until just combined.

3. Shape

  • Roll mixture into golf-ball–sized balls.
  • Place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.

4. Bake

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy on the outside.

Optional Variations

  • Cheesy: Add ½ cup grated Parmesan or cheddar.
  • Sausage stuffing balls: Mix in cooked crumbled sausage.
  • Air fryer: 370°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
