Here’s a juicy turkey stuffing meatloaf that’s easy, flavorful, and perfect for weeknights or Sunday dinner.


🦃 Turkey Stuffing Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs ground turkey (93% lean works best)
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (chicken or turkey flavor)
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ small onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt (optional — stuffing is already salty)

Optional Topping

  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (optional, for sweetness)

🧑‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with foil

2. Soften the Stuffing

  • In a large bowl, mix stuffing mix + hot water
  • Let it sit 2–3 minutes until softened

3. Mix the Meatloaf

Add to the bowl:

  • Ground turkey
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Onion
  • Garlic powder, pepper, salt

Mix just until combined — don’t overmix or it’ll be dense.


4. Shape & Top

  • Press mixture into loaf pan or shape into a loaf on the baking sheet
  • Spread ketchup (and brown sugar if using) on top

5. Bake

  • Bake 50–60 minutes, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C)
  • Let rest 10 minutes before slicing (very important for juiciness!)

⭐ Tips for Extra Flavor

  • Add ½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
  • Mix in diced celery or carrots
  • Use turkey gravy instead of ketchup for a Thanksgiving-style vibe
