Here’s a simple and festive recipe for White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Clusters — a no-bake treat perfect for the holidays or whenever you want something sweet, nutty, and a little tart. These clusters are easy to make and great for gifting!

🍬 White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Clusters

🍽 Yield: About 20 clusters

⏱ Prep Time: 10 min | Chill Time: 20–30 min

❄️ No baking required

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 12 oz (about 2 cups) white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate

  • 1 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 cup pecan halves (toasted for extra flavor)

  • Optional: pinch of sea salt or drizzle of dark chocolate

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Melt the white chocolate:

    • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat white chocolate in 20–30 second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
(Alternatively, melt over a double boiler.)

  2. Mix in the goodies:

    • Stir in pecans and cranberries until fully coated.

  3. Scoop the clusters:

    • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

    • Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop for even portions.

  4. Chill:

    • Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes or until set.

  5. Serve or store:

    • Keep in an airtight container at room temp for up to a week or refrigerate for longer freshness.

✅ Tips & Variations:

  • Toasted pecans add deeper flavor — just toast them at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes.

  • Add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt on top for sweet & salty perfection.

  • Swap pecans for almonds, macadamia nuts, or cashews.

  • Stir in some crushed pretzels or coconut flakes for texture.
