Here’s a light and guilt-free treat: a Zero-Point Fatbomb Fluff, perfect for Weight Watchers (WW) or low-point dessert lovers. Despite the name “fatbomb,” this version is WW-friendly and made with zero-point ingredients (depending on your personal plan).


🥣✨ Zero-Point Fatbomb Fluff

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (unsweetened)

  • 1 packet sugar-free Jell-O gelatin or pudding mix (flavor of choice — cheesecake, lemon, chocolate, etc.)

  • 2–3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or water (to thin if needed)

  • Optional:

    • A few drops of vanilla or almond extract

    • A packet of zero-calorie sweetener (like Stevia or monk fruit) to taste

    • A handful of sliced strawberries, blueberries, or other zero-point fruit (optional, based on your plan)


🔪 Instructions:

  1. Mix:
    In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and the dry sugar-free pudding mix. Stir until smooth and thick.

  2. Adjust Texture (Optional):
    If the fluff is too thick, add almond milk or water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency.

  3. Whip (Optional for extra fluff):
    Use a hand mixer or whisk vigorously for 2–3 minutes until light and fluffy.

  4. Chill (Optional):
    Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to let the texture firm up more, or enjoy right away.


📝 Variations:

  • Chocolate Mousse Style: Use sugar-free chocolate pudding mix + dash of instant coffee

  • Strawberry Cheesecake: Use cheesecake pudding + mashed strawberries

  • Lemon Fluff: Use sugar-free lemon gelatin or pudding + lemon zest

  • Frozen Bites: Scoop into mini silicone molds and freeze for frozen fatbomb “bites”
