Instructions

  • Add cheese, chopped onion, bread crumbs, eggs, and seasonings.

3. Form Patties

  • Take a handful of mixture and shape into small patties (2–3 inches wide).
  • Optional: coat lightly with extra bread crumbs for extra crunch.

4. Cook

Option A – Pan Frying

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Option B – Baking (Healthier)

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place patties on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Spray lightly with oil.
  • Bake 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden.

5. Serve

  • Serve hot with ketchup, ranch, or yogurt dip.
  • Great as a snack, side dish, or vegetarian appetizer.

Tips

  • Cheese variety: Try mozzarella for a gooey center or pepper jack for a spicy kick.
