🧀 2-Ingredient Pepperoni Pizza Chips

Ingredients

  • Sliced pepperoni (as many as you want for chips)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (or pre-shredded pizza cheese)

Optional (still 2 main ingredients):

  • Sprinkle of Italian seasoning, garlic powder, or chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F)
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Make pepperoni “cups”
    • Place pepperoni slices slightly apart on the baking sheet
  3. Add cheese
    • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of each pepperoni slice
    • Make sure the cheese mostly covers the pepperoni
  4. Bake
    • 5–7 minutes, until cheese is golden and bubbly
    • Watch carefully—cheese can brown quickly
  5. Cool
    • Let chips cool 2–3 minutes (they crisp up as they cool)
  6. Enjoy
    • Grab with fingers or use as a low-carb pizza snack

  • Use thicker pepperoni if you want sturdy “chips”
  • Crispier: Broil 1–2 minutes at the end (watch closely!)
