  • Marinate: 30 minutes–8 hours

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 1 cup Italian dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: grated Parmesan or fresh herbs for serving

Instructions

1️⃣ Marinate

  1. Place chicken in a bowl or zip-top bag
  2. Pour Italian dressing over chicken
  3. Add garlic powder and pepper if using
  4. Marinate at least 30 minutes (up to overnight)

Cooking Methods

🔥 Oven-Baked

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C)
  2. Place chicken in a baking dish
  3. Bake 20–25 minutes until internal temp is 165°F (74°C)
