Posted on February 13, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a quick and easy recipe for No-Bake Homemade Crunch Bars — sweet, crunchy, and perfect for a snack or dessert.

🍫 No-Bake Crunch Bars

Ingredients (Makes about 12 bars)

  • 2 cups crisp rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
  • 1 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional, for topping)
  • Pinch of salt

🥣 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare Pan

  • Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Heat Wet Ingredients

  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt peanut butter and honey together until smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla and salt.

3️⃣ Mix with Cereal

  • Pour the melted mixture over the rice cereal.
  • Stir until cereal is evenly coated.

4️⃣ Press into Pan

  • Transfer mixture to the prepared pan.
  • Press firmly with a spatula or clean hands to compact the mixture.

5️⃣ Optional Chocolate Topping

  • Melt chocolate chips in microwave (20–30 seconds at a time) or double boiler.
  • Spread melted chocolate evenly over the bars.

6️⃣ Chill

  • Refrigerate at least 1–2 hours until set.
  • Cut into bars and enjoy!

💡 Tips

  • Add chopped nuts, dried fruit, or shredded coconut for extra flavor.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • For a softer bar, slightly reduce the cereal or add a tablespoon more honey.

If you want, I can also give you a vegan version, a chocolate-heavy version, or a protein-packed version perfect for post-workout snacks.
