Here’s a one-mixture, smoky comfort slow-cooker chicken that’s ridiculously easy and always a hit.

🍗 Smoky Slow-Cooker Chicken (Dump & Go)

🥣 The 1 Mixture

Whisk together:

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite smoky style)
  • 1 (14–15 oz) can diced tomatoes (with juice)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (or honey)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Black pepper to taste

🧂 What You Do

  1. Place 3–4 raw boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Ladle the mixture evenly over the top.
  3. Cover and cook:
    • Low: 6–7 hours
    • High: 3–4 hours
  4. Shred the chicken directly in the sauce and stir.

That’s it. No browning required (though you can sear first for deeper flavor).

🔥 Why It’s So Good

  • Smoky + slightly sweet
  • Super tender and juicy
  • Perfect for meal prep

🍽 How to Serve It

  • On toasted sandwich buns
  • Over mashed potatoes
  • Stuffed into baked potatoes
  • In tacos or wraps
  • Over rice

🌶 Want More Kick?

Add:

  • ½ tsp chipotle powder
  • Or 1 chopped chipotle in adobo

If you’d like, I can also give you a creamy smoky ranch version or a 5-ingredient ultra-minimal version.
