🍪✨ Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites

These soft, buttery bites are coated in sweet cinnamon sugar and taste like mini donut holes — but made easily with biscuit dough!

🛒 Ingredients (Makes about 24 bites)

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Cut the Dough

  • Separate biscuits.
  • Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
  • Roll into small balls.

3️⃣ Bake

  • Arrange on baking sheet slightly spaced apart.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden brown.

4️⃣ Coat in Cinnamon Sugar

  • Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Brush warm biscuit bites with melted butter.
  • Roll in cinnamon sugar until fully coated.

🍯 Optional Add-Ons

  • Drizzle with simple glaze (powdered sugar + milk).
  • Add chopped pecans to the cinnamon sugar mix.
  • Toss in air fryer at 350°F for 7–8 minutes instead of baking.

💡 Tips for Extra Softness

✔ Coat while still warm so sugar sticks well.
✔ Don’t overbake — they dry out quickly.
✔ Store in airtight container up to 3 days.
