🥪 The Ultimate Dill Pickle Bacon Melt

A perfect combination of crispy bacon, tangy dill pickles, and gooey melted cheese — all toasted to perfection.


🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 4 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough works great)
  • 4–6 slices bacon
  • 2–3 dill pickles, thinly sliced
  • 2–3 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 1–2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for tang)
  • 1 tbsp butter, for grilling

1️⃣ Cook the Bacon

  • Fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  • Drain on paper towels.

2️⃣ Assemble the Sandwich

  • Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the bread slices (optional).
  • Layer cheese, bacon, and dill pickle slices on one slice.
  • Top with the other slice of bread.

3️⃣ Grill the Melt
