Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites

🍩 Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites

Buttery, fluffy, and coated in sweet cinnamon sugar — these little bites are dangerously easy and perfect for breakfast or dessert.


🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon

Optional glaze:

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp milk
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment.


2️⃣ Cut the Biscuits

  • Separate biscuits.
  • Cut each biscuit into 4 small pieces.
  • Roll each piece into a ball.

3️⃣ Coat in Butter

Dip each ball into melted butter.


4️⃣ Cinnamon Sugar

Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Roll buttered dough balls in the mixture until coated.


5️⃣ Bake

Place on baking sheet (slightly spaced apart).
Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.


6️⃣ Optional Glaze

Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
Drizzle over warm bites.

  • Add a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon sugar.
  • Stuff each ball with a tiny cube of cream cheese before baking.
  • Bake in a mini muffin tin for pull-apart monkey bread style.
