Dump cream style corn over chicken breasts

Here’s a simple and delicious way to make creamy corn chicken using just a few ingredients — perfect for a busy weeknight!


🍗 Cream Style Corn Chicken

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (about 14 oz) cream-style corn
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1–2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a baking dish.

2️⃣ Prepare Chicken

  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Place them in the baking dish in a single layer.

3️⃣ Add the Corn

  • Pour cream-style corn evenly over the chicken.
  • Spread it so each breast is mostly covered.

4️⃣ Bake

  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.

(Optional) Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake another 5 minutes until melted and bubbly.


5️⃣ Serve

  • Garnish with parsley.
  • Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or a simple green salad.

🔥 Tips

  • Add diced bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
  • For a slow-cooker version: cook on low 3–4 hours.
  • Use leftover cooked chicken and just heat with cream corn for a super quick meal.
