Here’s a cozy, cheesy Low-Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl — all the pizza flavor, none of the crust 🍕🥣
Keto-friendly, high-protein, and ready in about 20 minutes.


🥣 Low-Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

Base:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 1 cup low-sugar marinara sauce
  • 1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

Toppings (choose your favorites):

  • Sliced pepperoni
  • Mushrooms
  • Bell peppers
  • Black olives
  • Red onion
  • Cooked spinach
  • Jalapeños

Optional:

  • Italian seasoning
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Fresh basil

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Meat
Brown ground beef or sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning.

2️⃣ Layer the Bowl
Spoon the meat mixture into oven-safe bowls or a small baking dish.
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Add your favorite toppings.

3️⃣ Bake or Broil
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes,
or broil 2–3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

4️⃣ Serve Hot
Let sit 2–3 minutes before eating — it’s molten!
