🐟 Baked Fish with Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

For the fish

  • 4 fillets of White Fish (such as Tilapia, Cod, or Halibut)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

For the avocado salsa

  • 2 ripe Avocado, diced
  • 1 small Tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2️⃣ Season the fish
Place fish fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice, then sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3️⃣ Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

4️⃣ Make the salsa
In a bowl, gently mix avocado, tomato, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.

5️⃣ Serve
Top the baked fish with the fresh avocado salsa and serve immediately.

  • Pair with Brown Rice or Quinoa
  • Serve with a side of Roasted Vegetables
  • Add warm Tortilla for fish tacos
