Posted on March 11, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a simple recipe for homemade nutty chocolate—rich, crunchy, and perfect as a snack or gift. 🍫🌰

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate or Milk Chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup Mixed Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, or walnuts), toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
  • Pinch of Sea Salt (optional, enhances flavor)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate
    • Use a double boiler or microwave in short bursts (20–30 seconds), stirring until smooth.
    • If using, add coconut oil for creaminess.
  2. Mix in the nuts
    • Stir the toasted nuts into the melted chocolate until evenly coated.
  3. Pour and set
    • Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
    • Pour the chocolate-nut mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
    • Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top if desired.
  4. Chill
    • Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes or until fully set.
  5. Cut and serve
    • Remove from the fridge, lift the chocolate from the parchment, and cut into squares or break into chunks.

Tips

  • Swap nuts for Dried Fruit like cranberries or raisins for variation.
  • For extra flavor, add a few drops of Vanilla Extract or a sprinkle of Cinnamon.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

✅ Serving idea:
Enjoy as a midday snack, dessert, or gift—it’s healthier than store-bought chocolate bars and completely customizable.
