roasted chicken thighs seasoned with spices

Roasted chicken thighs are juicy, flavorful, and easy to prepare. With the right spices, they develop crispy skin and tender meat. 🍗🔥


Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 6 Chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Dried thyme or Dried oregano

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with foil or parchment paper.

2. Season the Chicken

  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • Rub them with olive oil.
  • Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • Coat the chicken evenly with the spice mix.

3. Roast

  • Place chicken thighs skin-side up on the baking tray.
  • Roast for 35–40 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

4. Rest & Serve

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving to keep it juicy.


Serving Ideas

Great with:

  • Roasted potatoes
  • Steamed broccoli
  • Rice

✅ Tip: For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for 2–3 minutes at the end of cooking.
