Ingredients
- 6–8 Sausages
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced

- 1 Bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can Tomatoes (chopped or crushed)
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Thyme
- Salt and Black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Brown the sausages
Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the sausages for about 5 minutes. - Cook the vegetables
In the same pan, sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and bell pepper until softened. - Make the sauce
Add tomatoes, chicken broth, tomato paste, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well. - Combine and bake
Transfer everything to a casserole dish, add the sausages, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes.
