🍪 Oatmeal Raisin Cookies (Soft & Chewy)

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup (225g) butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raisins

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper

2️⃣ Cream Butter & Sugar

  • Beat butter + sugars until light and fluffy

3️⃣ Add Wet Ingredients

4️⃣ Combine Dry Ingredients

  • In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt

5️⃣ Mix Everything Together
