  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup broth (chicken or vegetable)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

  • 180°C / 350°F

2. Prepare the Pork

  • Pat the pork dry
  • Rub with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs

3. Set Up the Pan

  • Place sliced onions at the bottom of a roasting dish
  • Set pork on top
  • Pour broth around (not over) the meat

4. Roast

  • Cover loosely with foil
  • Roast 1.5–2 hours (depending on size)
  • Remove foil for last 20–30 minutes to brown the top

5. Rest & Serve

  • Internal temperature should reach 63–70°C (145–160°F) depending on preference
  • Add potatoes or carrots to the pan for a one-dish meal

🍽️ Serving Ideas

  • Mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables
  • Rice or fresh bread
  • Simple salad for balance
