  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups heavy cream

1. Bake the cake

  • Mix eggs, sugar, butter/oil, milk, and vanilla
  • Add flour, baking powder, and salt
  • Pour into a greased pan
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes
  • Let cool completely

2. Prepare the cream

  • Whip heavy cream until soft peaks
  • Add powdered sugar + vanilla
  • Whip until thick and fluffy

3. Assemble

  • Slice cake into 2 layers
  • Spread cream in the middle
  • Cover top and sides with cream
