Posted on January 5, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a quick, flavorful Stir-Fried Keto Chicken recipe—low-carb, high-protein, and perfect for a fast dinner 🍗🥦

🍳 Stir-Fried Keto Chicken

Ingredients (serves 2–3)

  • 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast or thighs, sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup bell peppers, sliced
  • ½ cup zucchini or snap peas
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari (use low-sodium)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: chili flakes or keto-friendly hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Stir-fry veggies in the same pan for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, stir 30 seconds.
  5. Return chicken to the pan.
  6. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, and chili flakes.
  7. Toss everything together and cook 1–2 minutes more.

🥗 Serving Ideas (Keto-Friendly)

  • Serve over cauliflower rice
  • Wrap in lettuce cups
  • Top with sesame seeds or green onions

💡 Tips

  • Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan—cook in batches if needed
  • Keep veggies low-carb to stay keto

If you want, I can also give you a one-pan 15-minute version, or a creamy keto stir-fry sauce with no added sugar.
