Healthy diet cake in 5 minutes

Here’s a healthy 5-minute cake you can make in a mug or small bowl—no oven needed 🍰


5-Minute Healthy Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana (or 3 tbsp applesauce)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp oat flour (or blended oats)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon or vanilla
  • Optional: a few dark chocolate chips or nuts

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a microwave-safe mug or bowl.
  2. Add the egg and mix well.
  3. Stir in oat flour, baking powder, cocoa, and cinnamon/vanilla.
  4. Microwave on high for 2–3 minutes (check at 2 minutes).
  5. Let it cool for 1 minute, then enjoy!
