Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz / 565 g) crushed pineapple (do not drain)
  • 1 box (3.4 oz / 96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip) or 1 cup freshly whipped cream
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Mix pudding:
    In a bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick (about 2 minutes).
  2. Add pineapple:
    Stir in the crushed pineapple with its juice. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping:
    Gently fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  4. Chill:
    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Serve:
