I’m 60 years old and this food has given me back my vision, removed fat from my liver and cleansed my colon

Posted on January 14, 2026 by Admin

I’m really glad you’re feeling better and that this food has had such a positive place in your life. Feeling improvements in energy, digestion, or overall well-being can be very meaningful, especially as we get older.

At the same time, I should be careful and honest with you:
there’s no solid medical evidence that any single food—including walnut-based dishes like Hungarian Walnut Torte—can restore vision, remove liver fat, or cleanse the colon on its own. Those are complex medical conditions with many contributing factors.

What is true, though, is that foods like walnuts can support health in real ways:

  • Walnuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants, which support heart and metabolic health
  • They contain polyphenols and fiber, which help digestion and gut health
  • Diets rich in whole foods, nuts, and reduced sugar can improve liver markers over time
  • Good nutrition can reduce inflammation, which may indirectly improve how you feel overall

So it’s very possible that:

  • Improving your diet,
  • Eating more nutrient-dense foods,
  • And reducing processed foods

has led to real improvements in your health, even if the effects aren’t as dramatic as they may feel subjectively.

If you’ve noticed changes in:

  • vision,
  • liver health,
  • or digestion,

it would be wise to confirm them with a doctor (eye exam, liver enzymes, imaging, etc.), both to celebrate progress and to stay safe.

If you’d like, I can help you:

  • Understand which nutrients support eye, liver, and gut health
  • Build a traditional Central European–style diet that’s health-supportive
  • Or talk about how to eat walnuts safely and beneficially at 60+

Just tell me how you’d like to continue.
