Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

Posted on October 11, 2025 by Admin

Here’s a delicious and easy Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna recipe — layers of cheese-filled ravioli, marinara sauce, and gooey cheese cooked low and slow for a fuss-free, hearty meal!

🍲 Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 1 (25 oz) package cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)

  • 3 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray or lightly grease.

  2. Layer the ingredients in this order:

    • Spread about ½ cup marinara sauce on the bottom.

    • Add a layer of ravioli (try to spread evenly).

    • Dollop spoonfuls of ricotta cheese over the ravioli.

    • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

    • Sprinkle some Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

    • Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a generous layer of mozzarella and Parmesan on top.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours or on high for 1.5–2 hours, until ravioli is tender and cheese is bubbly.

  4. Optional: In the last 15 minutes, remove the lid and cook uncovered for a slightly thicker sauce.

  5. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.

Tips

  • Use frozen ravioli straight from the freezer — no need to thaw.

  • Add cooked ground beef, sausage, or sautéed veggies for extra flavor.

  • Serve with garlic bread and a fresh green salad for a complete meal.
