🥩🫑 Easy Ground Beef & Bell Pepper Skillet

A quick, flavorful one-pan meal that’s perfect for busy days—savory, slightly sweet, and very satisfying.


🥄 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: cooked rice or noodles for serving

1. Cook the beef

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat
  • Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper
  • Cook until browned, breaking it apart
  • Drain excess fat if needed

2. Add veggies

  • Add olive oil, onions, and bell peppers
  • Cook for 5–7 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp

3. Add flavor

  • Stir in garlic, soy sauce, and paprika
  • Cook another 2–3 minutes until everything is well combined

4. Serve

  • Serve hot on its own or over rice/noodles
