3. Assemble the roll

  1. Roll dough into a rectangle (~12×8 inches / 30×20 cm)
  2. Spread nut filling evenly over dough, leaving a small border
  3. Roll dough tightly from the long side to form a log
  4. Pinch edges to seal

4. Bake

  • Place roll on a greased baking sheet
  • Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F
