Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding

Posted on November 7, 2025 by Admin
Oh, you’re going for the ultimate creamy dessert! 🍓🍌
Here’s a decadent, crowd-pleasing recipe for Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding — it’s layered with vanilla wafers, creamy cheesecake pudding, sliced bananas, and fresh strawberries. No baking required!

Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding

Ingredients

For the Cheesecake Pudding Layer:

  • 1 (8 oz / 225 g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 (14 oz / 396 g) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 (3.4 oz / 96 g) box instant cheesecake pudding mix (or vanilla pudding)

  • 2 cups cold milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 (8 oz / 225 g) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

For the Layers:

  • 1 box vanilla wafers (or graham crackers, or shortbread cookies)

  • 3–4 ripe bananas, sliced

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

  • Extra whipped topping or fresh whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

1. Make the Cheesecake Pudding

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

  2. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully combined.

  3. In another bowl, whisk pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.

  4. Combine pudding mixture with the cream cheese mixture.

  5. Fold in whipped topping gently until smooth and creamy.

2. Layer the Dessert

In a 9×13-inch dish (or trifle bowl):

  1. Start with a layer of vanilla wafers on the bottom.

  2. Add half of the cheesecake pudding mixture.

  3. Add a layer of banana slices, then strawberries.

  4. Repeat layers: wafers → pudding → fruit.

  5. Finish with a smooth layer of pudding or whipped topping on top.

3. Chill

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best) so the flavors meld and cookies soften slightly.

4. Serve

  • Top with extra sliced strawberries, banana coins, and crushed wafers right before serving.

💡 Tips & Variations

  • Extra indulgent: Drizzle a little strawberry sauce or crushed graham crackers between layers.

  • Fresh twist: Add a touch of lemon zest to the pudding for brightness.

  • Make-ahead friendly: Keeps well up to 2 days in the fridge — just add bananas right before serving to prevent browning.

  • Mini desserts: Layer in cups or mason jars for individual servings.

Would you like me to give you a baked version (like an actual cheesecake-style pudding dessert with a cookie crust and baked cheesecake layer topped with strawberries and bananas)?
