🧀 Cheesy Bites Recipe (Tray Bake)

Ingredients

1 can (about 12 oz / 340 g) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella

½ cup shredded cheddar (optional for extra flavor)

3 tbsp melted butter
-
2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)

1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

¼ cup grated Parmesan

Salt to taste

Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking tray or grease a baking dish.
2. Form the Bites

Cut the dough into 1–1.5 inch pieces.

Flatten each piece slightly, place a pinch of mozzarella and cheddar in the center, then pinch to seal and roll into a ball.

Place all the filled dough balls onto the tray, touching each other.
3. Add Garlic Butter

Mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.

Brush it generously over the dough balls.
4. Bake

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. Finish

Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

Let cool for a couple of minutes.
