🥪 Ingredients (4 only!)

  1. Slider buns – 8 small buns, split
  2. Corned beef – about 1 cup, sliced or shredded
  3. Cheese slices – 4 slices (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite), cut in halves to fit buns
  4. Butter or mayo – melted butter or spread for topping

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

  • Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly grease a baking dish or line with foil.

2. Assemble Sliders

  1. Lay the bottom halves of the buns in the baking dish.
  2. Layer corned beef evenly on each bun.
  3. Top with half a slice of cheese per slider.
  4. Place top buns over the sliders and brush melted butter or mayo on top.

3. Bake

  • Cover loosely with foil and bake 10–12 minutes until heated through and cheese melts.
  • Optional: Remove foil for the last 2–3 minutes to lightly brown tops.

4. Serve

  • Serve warm as snack-sized sandwiches.
