Perfect Scrambled Eggs

Here’s a simple method to make perfect scrambled eggs—creamy, fluffy, and full of flavor. 🍳✨


Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Milk or Cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped Chives, Cheese, or herbs

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs
    • Beat eggs with milk or cream, a pinch of salt, and black pepper until well combined.
    • Whisking introduces air for fluffier eggs.
  2. Heat the pan
    • Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
    • Make sure the butter coats the pan evenly.
  3. Cook slowly
    • Pour in the eggs.
    • Let them sit 10–15 seconds, then gently stir with a spatula.
    • Push eggs from the edges toward the center, forming soft folds.
  4. Remove from heat early
    • Take the pan off the heat when eggs are slightly underdone, as they continue to cook from residual heat.
  5. Serve immediately
    • Add optional herbs or cheese on top.

Tips for Perfect Scrambled Eggs

  • Low and slow: Cooking over low heat prevents rubbery eggs.
  • Use fresh eggs: Fresh eggs hold together better and taste richer.
  • Optional creaminess: A spoonful of Cream Cheese or Sour Cream stirred in at the end makes them ultra creamy.
