🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (frozen peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 can (10–11 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1–1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Garlic powder or paprika
  • Cooked bacon bits

1️⃣ Cook the Beef

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F)
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned
  • Drain excess fat and season with salt & pepper

2️⃣ Make the Filling

  • Stir in:
    • Mixed vegetables
    • Cream of mushroom soup
    • Milk
  • Mix until well combined

3️⃣ Assemble

  • Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top
  • Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer

4️⃣ Bake

  • Bake for 35–45 minutes until:
    • Tater tots are golden and crispy
    • Filling is bubbling
