Here’s a super simple and delicious 3-Ingredient Lemon Cake you can make at home 🍋


🍰 Ingredients

  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup self-rising flour

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the lemon curd and mix well.
  4. Gently fold in the self-rising flour until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool, then slice and enjoy!

🍋 Optional Add-Ons (Still Simple!)

  • Dust with powdered sugar
  • Add lemon zest for extra flavor
  • Serve with whipped cream or yogurt

💡 Tips

  • Don’t overmix once you add flour—this keeps the cake soft
  • If you don’t have self-rising flour, mix plain flour with 1 tsp baking powder
