Here’s a juicy, flavorful Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken recipe — crispy edges, tender inside, and packed with garlicky, cheesy goodness 🧄🧀🍗

🧄🧀 Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

📝 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Italian-style breadcrumbs (or panko)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (or olive oil)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment.

2️⃣ Make the Coating

In a bowl, mix:

  • Parmesan
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Garlic
  • Italian seasoning
  • Paprika
  • Salt & pepper

Stir in melted butter until crumbly.

3️⃣ Coat the Chicken

  • Pat chicken dry.
  • Press Parmesan mixture firmly onto each piece, coating the top well.
  • Place in baking dish.

4️⃣ Bake

  • Bake 20–25 minutes (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
  • For extra crispiness, broil 2–3 minutes at the end.

🍽 Serve With

  • Roasted potatoes
  • Steamed broccoli
  • Caesar salad
  • Garlic butter green beans

🔥 Extra Juicy Version (Highly Recommended)

Before coating, spread a thin layer of:

  • ¼ cup mayo or Greek yogurt mixed with a little garlic

This keeps the chicken incredibly moist and helps the topping stick beautifully.

If you’d like, I can also give you a creamy garlic parmesan skillet version with a rich sauce instead of a crispy crust.
