  • 2–3 lbs country-style pork ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)

    • For extra caramelized edges, broil 2–3 minutes—watch carefully to avoid burning.
  6. Serve
    • Let rest 5 minutes, slice, and serve with coleslaw, baked beans, or cornbread.
