Caramel Chocolate Crunch Bars.

Posted on March 18, 2026 by Admin

Caramel chocolate crunch bars are a delicious combo of sweet, chewy, and crispy textures—usually made with layers of chocolate, caramel, and something crunchy like rice cereal or nuts.

Here’s a simple homemade version you can try:

🍫 Caramel Chocolate Crunch Bars (Easy Recipe)

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chocolate chips (milk or dark)
  • 1 cup soft caramels (or homemade caramel)
  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Optional: chopped nuts (peanuts/almonds)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Melt chocolate (half):
Melt 1 cup chocolate and spread it in a lined tray → refrigerate until firm.
  2. Make caramel layer:
Melt caramels + butter together until smooth.
  3. Add crunch:
Mix in crispy rice cereal (and nuts if using).
  4. Layer it:
Spread the caramel-crunch mixture over the chocolate base.
  5. Top layer:
Melt remaining chocolate and spread on top.
  6. Chill & cut:
Refrigerate 1–2 hours, then slice into bars.

😋 Tips:

  • Add a pinch of salt for a salted caramel flavor
  • Use dark chocolate for a richer taste
  • Store in fridge if your weather is warm

⚖️ Nutrition note

These are tasty but high in sugar and calories, so best enjoyed in moderation—especially if you’re watching weight or blood sugar.

If you want, I can give you a healthier version (no sugar or high-protein) or a no-bake 5-minute version 👍
