Cheeseburger Quesadillas

Posted on February 11, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a fun twist on two favorites — cheeseburgers and quesadillas — in one melty, savory dish:

🍔 Cheeseburger Quesadillas

Ingredients (Makes 2–3 quesadillas)

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef (seasoned with salt, pepper, and optional garlic or onion powder)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar & mozzarella)
  • ½ small onion, finely diced
  • ½ small tomato, diced (optional)
  • 2–3 pickle slices, chopped (optional)
  • 1–2 tsp ketchup or mustard (optional)
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Prep ingredients
Cook ground beef and season lightly. Dice onions, tomato, and pickles.
  2. Assemble quesadilla
    • Place a tortilla in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Sprinkle cheese evenly over half the tortilla.
    • Add beef, onions, tomato, pickles, and a drizzle of ketchup/mustard.
    • Fold tortilla over to close.
  3. Cook
    • Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.
    • Press lightly with a spatula to seal.
  4. Serve
    • Cut into wedges and serve with extra ketchup, mustard, or a dipping sauce like ranch.

💡 Variations

  • Double cheeseburger: Add a slice of American cheese inside.
  • Spicy: Add jalapeños or a drizzle of sriracha.
  • Veggie twist: Swap beef for sautéed mushrooms or black beans.

If you want, I can also give you a slow-cooker version to prep a batch of filling ahead of time so quesadillas come together super fast. Do you want me to do that?
